Really good customer service. They respect and care about their customers. Generally very friendly and helpful whenever I go. I try to shop here whenever possible. I like their paint as it usually goes on sale, decent price and of good quality.

This store has a real country look and feel to it. The staff was very warm and welcoming. They left what they were doing and gladly got a ladder out to get me the garbage can I wanted from the top shelf. It felt great to get very personalized service.

How is the service here so much better than Home Depot or Lowes?? How do I find what I need more often, in a store that's a fraction the size? Obviously they really know what they are doing at Home Hardware Orleans. Great job.
