The reception at this clinic is next to impossible to get ahold of. Will spend a solid 45 minutes & several days attempting for your call to be answered. Unfortunate, as I have no complaints with my doctor at this clinic however when you can’t get ahold of anyone to see said doctor you are stuck utilizing walk in clinics instead.
It’s not a new issue, this has been going on for years. Leaves you feeling defeated before even picking up the phone to call.

While waiting to speak with a nurse at the clinic I had the opportunity to read some of the Goggle reviews and was somewhat taken aback. I have been a patient there since Dr. Moss was my primary care doctor, then had Dr. Hillier and now have Dr. Bennani. I have always found the front desk staff there to be courteous even though they seem to be constantly under a big workload. The on line booking system works extremely well.
As for Dr. Bennani, I’ve always found him to be caring, empathetic, professional and genuinely interested in me as a patient. He is also always seems to be on top of the information in my chart as he never lets me get away with not having taken all the tests be prescribed 😁!! Top notch as far as I am concerned.

I thought it was great, I saw a doctor there which actually listened to me. All the staff was so so nice, & everyone was on time, I would say it was my best experience with a doctors office in Ontario I have ever had

Didn't check my mother in for 45 minutes. I physically heard my mother say I'm here for my appointment here is my new health card but the receptionist only heard the health card part and then watched my mother walk to the back and wait for her appointment without registering her. Good thing I am with my senior mother or she would have sat there all day. I understand we have a shortage but this is unacceptable.
Got to watch one staff member come out and tell another staff member to go back to work while in the pharmacy section, then the original employee explain she was on her break and get attitude back. Shouldn't see this, this should happen in the back.

There is seldom an experience that would compel me to take the time out of my busy schedule to sit down and write a review. However, Dr. Sheila Emenyonu deserves every praise, as does her excellent staff. I am new to the city and have been struggling to find a doctor so, I tried my luck and decided to see if a walk in clinic would be willing to see me and refer me to a specialist. Everyone, from the front desk to the nurses were so kind and understanding. Dr. Sheila took me despite her very busy schedule of registered patients and showed me such compassion and understanding for my situation. This was the best interaction I have ever had with a health care professional. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for human centric care.

What is wrong with your urgent care clinic line. No one picks up the call at 9 am, online service says no appointments available at 9 and no one responds to messages sent on your no.
