Orleans Family Health Clinic

Dr Efika is my family Dr. Her availability is very limited. Last week I called the office to get an appointment. The phone was on hold for 15 minutes and was disconnected by automated message that call volume is so high.
Today when I went to see a Dr for an urgent matter. I walk in there at 10:40. In the waiting room there was only one patient sitting . Receptionist told me that she will ask Dr if he can see me. I was waiting there for an hour. Many other patients came and she registered and send them in. But she said Dr does not want to see me. It was a very disappointing experience. They say they are open till 1 PM. But they pick and choose only their favorite patients.

This clinic has a very bad service, people at the front desk never follow up and they make sure you know they do not care. It is very frustrating to even get a call back, and even if they call, there is no way to ensure they will give your message to the Doctor. Respect goes both ways, they should do their job with care and responsibility, otherwise let other people do it.

Dr. Ogunbanjo is extremely disrespectful and rude. I saw him for the second time this morning and he started yelling at me when I asked for my prescription. He was loud and stated he only has 15 minutes per patient and cannot deal with my problems. Said he sees 45 patients every day and I do not know what that is like. He also said he has over 6 thousand patient and his colleagues are on vacation and has to deal with their patients as well. He kept going on and on about how he cannot help me because he doesn’t have the time. He keeps checking the timer and rushes you out when the timer is done.
