The team of doctors is amazing; however, their booking system and the reception team are ridiculous- to book an appointment- you could waste your entire day and no one will pickup the call ? It is their time precious - rest everyone has nothing to do but get stressed out to book an appointment- and that appointment most times which is virtual will be 6 months later and will not last for 6 minutes - it’s like people are at the mercy of the health care system where first you struggle to book an appointment for days and hours, then wait for 6 months - and the doctor will oblige you to speak for not even 6 minutes. I came to the clinique for 10 minutes procedure to flash my ear, however, because of some misunderstanding I was told that my visit was cancelled and I have to come another time even so the nurse was ready to to do the ear flashing and there were no other patients waiting. However the manager decided that I have to come again, another day. It means I have to drive 35 km, spent 1,5 hours in the car just to satisfy strange, inconsiderate, decision. Merci.

I am experiencing such trouble with a doctor at this clinic not doing as they say they will. Saying they will send mri and sending instead catscan req, find out after it isnt marked urgent as they said it would be- now it’s a 3 month wait not a few weeks as thought. This doctor is breaking me as i languish over 2 years losing all my faculties. AVOID.AVOID
