Just got a carpet installed in the basement and 2 stair cases yesterday and I could not be happier with the entire experience. Don completed the assessment/quote and was professional, friendly, and made the entire experience easy. He took my idea and gave me options with excellent advice and information. I really appreciate the excellent communication, I knew exactly what to expect at every stage, felt fully informed and comfortable with everything, and didn't feel any pressure at any point.
