This is an amazing fitness place. 2 floors of gym area with lots of equipment so even it’s busy I don’t have issues. It’s always clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of classes to try with I enjoy. The smoothies at the cafe are great too!

Excellent receptionist who solved all my issues and provided me with so much unique insight. Helped deal with all my insider trades and helped me with my gender identity. I’d highly recommend anyone who plays YuGiOh should come speak with him.
Great gym overall. The facility is clean, well laid out, and has more than enough equipment even during busy hours. Staff are friendly and professional, and the atmosphere feels more focused on training than just showing off. Locker rooms are consistently clean, and the amenities are a nice bonus. It’s not the cheapest gym, but you can see where the money goes. Easily one of the better gyms in the area.
