WOW! What an amazing gym! I am so thankful to be a part of the CrossFit Fortis community. When I first met with Dan and did the 30 minute no sweat session, we went over my goals and what to expect. I felt he was very kind and empathetic to what I wanted to achieve. Afterwards, I decided to sign up for the Build program which lasts for 3 months. During this time, you do three PT sessions/week for the first month and have a nutritional/wellness coaching bi-weekly. I highly recommend CrossFit Fortis to anyone looking to make some positive changes in their life. This place is simply fun - and will have you looking forward to your next workout.I have been a member of many commercial gyms, and always struggled to find a good routine and plan that consistently worked for me. CrossFit Fortis takes those challenges away. You just need to show up, and they will take care of the rest. I never thought I'd be a CrossFit person, but then I joined Fortis and loved it! The community is amazing, everyone is so welcoming, and the coaches are excellent. I've seen great results in the 2 years I've been going, and I know that will continue! Going to my 515 classes is often the best part of my day!
