A big shout out to MILLENNIUM FLOOR COVERINGS. I spent 4 months getting quotes to remove and replace 260 SF of ceramic tile. The quote from Millennium was 35% less than the next lowest of 5 quotes so it was a no brainer to go with them. They showed up as planned, and they were done within the estimated timeframe. Unfortunately, I wasn’t happy with the end result because, through no fault of Millennium, the new tile I chose was much thicker than the original builder installed tile and, as a result, the floor was higher than the oak nosing around the open staircase to the basement (and I didn’t like the finished look of the tile reducers).
