As a result of water flooding my laptop, I took it to GCOM to see if it could be repaired or at least the files and data content saved. Unfortunately, damage was significant and the data was unrecoverable with tools available to GCOM. However, Jacob was very clear in what could and would be done throughout and made the transition to a new laptop much easier, given I did have backup data from earlier in the year. He was also very fair in final billing given the remedial work done and advice provided as repairs were attempted. I got my iPhone 12 Pro Max battery changed by GCOM. I was impressed by the customer service and support provided by GCOM and the professionalism and expertise provided by their technician Jacob. I highly recommend GCOM for all your technical services and repair needs.

Great experience with Jacob and GCOM Support. I had a relatively minor issue with my PC laptop battery. Jacob was professional and patient, quick to diagnose the issue (replacement battery) and was able to return it to me running like new within 48 hours, all at a reasonable cost. Would recommend, thanks again!
