Took my son for his first hair cut the other day. I heard great things about Stephanie so we booked with her and she was great! My son was not happy about having his haircut but she was great with him and was able to get his haircut even though he refused to sit or stay still for very long. Both ladies working were very patient and good with my son even though he wasn't very cooperative! It was his first haircut and definitely did not want to sit still and cried! Despite having to hold my son in my arms Pauline was still able to trim his hair! It wasn't easy amd I definitely appreciated the extra time and care they took for him!

My son has had his first two haircuts with Pauline and then Stephanie. Both were great haircuts; they looked good, and tried to make him as comfortable as possible.Also the car seats, and especially the airplane seat was awesome. Truly a gem for getting your kid to stay sitting in a cool car. They also have TVs to keep them entertained while they're getting their haircuts.*Also the price can't be beat*

Stephanie did an amazing job! She was calm and patient and was very understanding of my son. So that was awesome! The hair cut was a success when his others weren’t thank you so much will definitely be coming back!

Great ladies! We had 2 Mommy cuts and 2 Toddler 1st hair cuts! Originally we did not book the extra Mommy cut because of timing but when I spoke with Stephanie on the phone she said if she had time to fit it in she would, and she did!!! One of our toddlers was super easy going 5 mins maybe 10 mins and the other needed a bit more reassurance and help. Shelley did both their cuts and was equally friendly with both and extra patient with my grandson who kept trying to put his hands in his hair at the same time. As you can see from the pictures below the cuts were even and we loved the certificate we got to take home! With 30 mins alotted per child this was an amazing experience overall. I did not feel rushed and the kids had a great time playing on the structure.

I love how you can book your appointments online. The tool is convenient and quick.We've been here 3 times so far and we have always had a good experience. The cuts are quick and kids have their own personal entertainment units to keep them distracted.I also think it's nice that they offer balloons and lollipops to kiss after their cuts. Definitely a nice atmosphere.

It was a great experience. My grandson loved the police car chair, the tv program and it was all capped with a lollipop and balloon. He was one happy camper when we left. Poppa was very happy with dealing with the cutter, and she did a fabulous job. Just when I didn't think he could get any cuter.

Great concept for a hair salon (slide in the front, cute car chairs, TVs at each station). Decent overall experience taking my 3 year old daughter for her first haircut. Though a few thoughts that are stopping me from returning: most of the staff working here look apathetic and irritated, if not borderline depressed (apart from one lady, who seemed very nice, but sadly wasn't our stylist). No welcoming smile, no introduction to get the child comfortable, just a "choose a chair" and "what do you want?" to mom, for the cut. So overall, I'd say the staff morale is lacking and therefore not exactly an ideal atmosphere for young children (who are likely already nervous or scared of getting their hair cut)...! Another minor detail: the lock of keepsake hair I got to keep was loose, moist hair tossed inside a baggy. I would have preferred to tie it off with an elastic and cut it (dry) myself, beforehand, had I known that this was their process... Minor, but still a detail that could be important to some. And lastly, it does indeed feel like they are paid to cut the hair fast, and fast alone. No intention of attempting any style, or extra thought into it. The haircut we got is ok overall: straight line trim, cute little braid, and off we were sent. my daughter had a great time, because she's 3. But as a parent, I'll be looking to bring my child elsewhere for the next cut ?♀️Service: Kids' cuts

Great experience! There are TVs at each chair so the kids are distracted. They are quick cutting hair which is a must for kids- our 3 year old son took 10 minutes. The kids get a balloon and lollipop afterward! There's also a play structure for them to play on while they wait.Our cut came to 27$ I think with tax.

Had an amazing experience with Farzaneh for my son’s first haircut! He has curly hair and she did an amazing job cutting the back in layers so that his curls remained and he still had some length. She is very sweet and great with kids. She showed him the spray bottle before she started and let him “help” her at the beginning until he got comfortable. He didn’t cry once and gave her a hug when we left. Looking forward to our next experience with her!Service: Kids' cuts
