Tonight I had brought my son in for a hair cut but he didn’t know what he wanted, the one older lady(sorry didn’t catch her name) was very rude to him and even rudely said “don’t you brush your hair?” Weather he does or not she should have been a little more polite or kept that to her self instead of lower his self esteem and been more kind to help suggest diff ideas for him, I just didn t find her very professional at all! Let’s put it this way after we left we had to go buy a hat to cover the new hair cut!!
