Rostance Electric Ltd., based in Orillia, is a small business with two master electricians, Chris and Mike, and an apprentice, James. They have been providing electrical services to the community since 1987, ranging from small service calls to large projects such as generator installation and electrical panel upgrades. Their commercial customers appreciate their quality workmanship and the 48' bucket truck that allows them to provide various services. Mike and his team are known for their punctuality, professionalism, and willingness to answer questions. They recently helped a customer replace a 70-year-old mast and upgrade the electrical panel at their cottage, demonstrating their expertise in general repairs. We had a great experience with Rostance. Jim was amazing and was able to fix our odd/old house electrical issues. He also offered suggestions about electrical work we would like in the future. The pricing was definitely fair and we would use Rostance again in a heartbeat.
I had to replace a 1960’s fuse panel with a more updated version. We had a few electricians come out to inspect it and provide a quote. Extremely pleased with the consistent communication and quote from Mike. He coordinated the work around my schedule and provided me with what I should expect for the day. The electricians that visited my home to do the work were on time, exceptionally polite, kind, professional, and tolerant of my barking dog. They even helped me start my generator.
