On behalf of the Port Stanton, Church of the Good Samaritan. WE are so please that we worked with Orillia Carpet One. Starting off with Kerry who did an excellent job with us, there was no pressure just great service with a smile. He attended our church and took measurements and sized up our needs. He then researched to find just the right carpet for what we needed at the right price. Later the installer's Alex & Zack were fantastic, they took the job very seriously and would not stop until the job was done, (on a very hot day) and done right. We want to thank everyone for a job well done.
My wife and I visited this place this past weekend because we needed some help with our flooring. We spoke with Kerri. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and explained us our options patiently and with great detail. It's rare nowadays to deal with such professional people and know that you are getting the best advice. Highly recommended!
We just had our entire main floor redone with beautiful hardwood. From starting with choosing the right colour, style and finish with Nicole to the installation with Jim, we could not be happier. Jim moved all the furniture with great care, rescrewed all the sub-floor to repair the squeeking and then carefully laid the flooring. Jim really was the best flooring installer we've ever had. We highly recommend them.
