I had an exhaust leak and needed to get it repaired.
I contacted Andrew at Memorial and even though he had no time or space he still fit me in on short notice. Thankfully it was a quick repair and he had me on my way in no time. That kind of dedication to customer service is second to none!

Haven't had work done here, but whoever I spoke to over the phone was super helpful which is hard to come by these days.
I called 3 dodge dealers looking for a flex pipe. None of the dealers were able to tell me what part I needed, but were happy to sell me an entire exhaust system instead of the $25 part.
Memorial knew the part within minutes and were happy to provide details even though my vehicle isn't booked for service there.
