This was my first visit to this location. My experience was very positive from the parking lot attendant who helped me finding my way to the employee that greeted me at the desk. She was polite, and her directions were clear and easy to understand and she was careful to respect my privacy. While waiting in my cubicle i could overhear other employees speaking to clients and everyone was friendly, polite and kind. I overheard an employee offering to cancel a patient’s appt in the computer when she expressed having difficulty completing the task.
Overall very good experience
Fastest medical experience I think I have ever had. On time down to the minute, and I got out of there before my booked appointment time was even up. The staff were very kind and thorough too.
The staff here are very professional and always greet you with a smile. The wait is nvr very long and if you're a returning client, they become familiar with you and your case quite quickly.
