I was recommended to KC Automotive for my VW and from the get go they have been nothing but amazing! They fixed my car, or so they suspected, and the problem persisted with no codes. I have been back a few times now and every time they are so kind and accommodating and you can tell they only want a happy customer and to get the issue fixed. They may not love having my VW back but I would recommend them to everyone! It’s a rarity to come across honest people nowadays but these guys really do put in 100% effort!!

I don't usually give a shout out on Facebook, but felt this business deserved a mention. I suspect there are few, if any, occasions when an issue with one's car, and an emergency stop at a mechanic's on a road trip, turns into a pleasant experience - but that's exactly what happened today. Kyle and his team at KC Automotive in Orillia have my utmost respect. They are skilled at what they do - and are an enjoyable and knowlegeable bunch to chat with while you wait for them to get you back on the road. If you live in the area - or, like me, are just passing through and unexpectedly are in need of an auto shop - this is the place to go, hands down.

This place is great! Friendly staff, and good a diagnosing and problem solving. Have had my truck there a few times now, where I thought as a customer I was being a general pain, turned out I wasn't. Staff is understanding and friendly. I recommend this garage to anyone.
