Such a great fitness studio ! They make you feel comfortable always. Just like a big family ! I specifically love the spin classes and every instructor. Always a great vibe. Highly recommend!!!
I started off looking for another group class since I'd been doing the same place for over a year. Needed a change, I didn't know this was going to be a place I will never want to leave. I found myself a little intimidated at first but that changed quickly after my first class. The staff here create the most beautiful community feeling. Cass is so good at what she does and makes you ride all your problems away. If you want a place that you will leave feeling so happy, never dread having to go. This is the place for you! They have so may different types of spin classes, and boot camps that you can't help but love!
