This 1 star isn't about the haircut I got. I'm actually writing this while I wait. There is 2 women working here right now and one of them is doing a great job. There is a line up of 9 people and a que time of almost 110 minutes. I checked into my hair cut at 4pm and it's 5:45 at the time I decided to write this. I don't mind waiting at all. One of the hair dressers, left for over 30 minutes while I sat in this que and watching 1 person at a time get their haircut. It's clear this person doesn't care about service or cutting down the wait time. My son gets THE BEST hair cuts from Ashley at this location. She does such an incredible job. Very talented hair stylist!!! My son only trusts her with his hair. We travel to Orillia to see her. Thank you Ashley!
