After an unpleasant experience I had earlier October with an associate of the salon, I was very pleased to have the Manager "Stefanie" reach out to me to correct my issue. She scheduled me to come in to the Westridge location in Orillia. Not only did she clear her whole schedule, this beautiful dedicated person did everything to correct what should have been done in the first place. I am beyond thrilled with the impeccable transformation Stefanie performed on me. I have Denise do my hair colour, highlights and cut. Great service! She does an amazing job. She is the best hairstylist that has done my hair ever. BUT getting an appointment is challenging sometimes. When you call you get a recording that you should be able to leave a vm on. But the mail box is always full. So I phone for days until I get thru to a person...funny it is usually Denise that answers. This is very frustrating and I think this is the only downfall to the experience of deal with this First Choice Haircutters franchise.

Stylist: Denise!! She is outstanding i feel she is a real asset to the company!! She's very knowledgeable polite fun and a very hard worker !! There's nothing that would bring her down She's a real people person !!
