I have been taking my previous S4 and current S5 to TMS since I was fortunate enough to come across them. I have used other 'specialists' in the past, but they have always left a bad taste in my mouth, whether it be the cost, the time repairs have taken, or just the straight up bad attitude/terrible customer service.
These issues just don't exist with TMS. Every experience with them leaves me with no doubt that I will be a life long customer of theirs. Have dealt with TOTAL for many years. Very happy with service, pricing and help.They do a quick check and let me know what should be serviced soon.they clean windows and greas door latches, all part of a simple oil change. Great service.
Took my Audi in for some engine work and these guys did an amazing job. They even replaced some missing/damaged hardware while doing a diagnostic, which they didn’t have to do. Super honest, very fair prices, and the customer service was top notch. Shawn (the manager) suggested combining some of the upcoming maintenance to save on labour, which I thought was great and not always common.
I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my car maintenance.
