Disappointing Service
The WAIT process is NOT DONE FAIRLY
walk in is walk in—simply first come first serve, unless appointment was allotted but having to sit in front of the glass covered reception area to hear who and why and how and having to arrive at 9am, aside from the first 2 patients came in and have been already seen and left an hour ago, being one of the first 5 walk-in patience, the receptionist (short hair) doesn’t value time of those who lined up and came in first—walk ins who came in WAY WAY WAY after, were catered first, this is a medical facility and should be very professional at any level, no prejudice of any sort —-my TIME is precious and should not be taken for granted

Great experience every time I visit the clinic. Gabriela always willing to help, efficient & professional. Dr. Awad legitimately cares for her patient with great advice & care. Highly recommended!

My husband had to do his MTO medical. We had to return twice for errors on sheet that got missed and/ or were incorrect. According to Driver Test Centre this medical centre has a bad reputation for errors

Amazing experience with this place. The staff is always friendly, and the doctors actually handle your cases with compassion and care.

I spent almost a year trying to get proper treatment in Owen Sound (where I am from) and gotten nowhere.

I finally came to this clinic and was listened to, given referrals to specialists, the receptionist and doctors call me back and follow up, the list goes on.

I cannot recommend them enough.

Only thing that I can see that could turn people away is the potential wait times, but that is to be expected with a first come first serve walk in clinic, so don’t expect to always walk in and out in 10 minutes.

Reception was rude and very dismissive for no reason

Dr Awad has been my family doctor for close to 10 years. She listens to my concerns, offers solutions without judgement. The staff here are very helpful. Even when I don’t have an appointment, I can do walk-in and I generally wait less than 20 minutes.

They were very good

Walked in on a Friday at 9:30 am, to get stiches removed, registered and was immediately escorted to a room and doctor was there 5 mins later and was on the road by 9:48 am 👍👍

Both the receptionist and female doctor were snarky and rude

excellent clinic great staff
