Had a tire problem day before Christmas Eve they were absolutely Jamed with work to get out for the day . Not only repaired my tire they did the repair outside on a jack in the freezing cold so I didn’t have leave the car . I forgot to mention it was the first time I had ever gone to them for any kind of service. I will definitely bring my car back for future service!

On my way home from work, my car experienced a flat and I was actually scheduled to have my snow tires put on a week later, but I made it to master mechanic and all individuals involved were Extremely compassionate to my situation and I was able to leave the car and have it fixed. I’ve been with master mechanic for years now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else incredibly professional And guaranteed satisfaction
