I want to sincerely thank the team at Best Buy for helping resolve what started as a very stressful situation. Both Agent B and Agent Gabriel were absolutely wonderful and provided exceptional customer service.
They each took the time to listen carefully, understand the situation fully, and ensure everything was handled properly and fairly. They explained the protection plan coverage clearly, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure the final outcome aligned with what we were originally promised when the plan was purchased.
Amanda helped me with a warranty claim for my screen protector. She was quick, pleasant, and they did a great job. 3 different floor employees checked in on us and helped direct us within the store with no pressure or hovering. Thank you for the warranty coverage and for letting my son play the switch demos for as long as he wanted.
