Working with Becky allowed me to release so much of what was no longer serving me. I’d been to therapy, read the books, listened to the podcasts and intellectually had made sense of so much of my patterns and struggles. I knew the life I wanted and some of what held me back but still felt stuck, unable to implement real change, unable to integrate everything I had learned into how my mind, body and emotions moved through ever day.
