She creates such a positive environment and always leaves you feeling beautiful. My tan has turned out amazing every time, and she communicates so well before, during, and after each session. Braeden and Shawn are EXCELLENT. They are prompt. They charge fairly. They make great suggestions about how to improve your water system. I got a new hot water tank and new pressure tank installed on short notice because they broke down. And they are both soooo nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
We had Chris and his crews in for two back to back projects (floating deck on a grade and building a gazebo). His team members were always on-site and ready to work at agreed times. They worked hard all day and cleaned up after day's end. Their great work ethics, attention to detail, and quality craftsmanship really produced a great project we have been wanting for a long time. I had the same ongoing issue for 6 years..numerous contractors came over the years, explained the exact same problem ,the exact same way. Few came and assessed the situation, never came back and sent Bill for service call,one did a repair that did not fix problem , and well one couldn't figure it out at all...From the time I called the office I was impressed with how lovely the lady in the office was , Obviously very fond of her staff as she showed concern as Devon had been off sick...anyway promised he would be in to see me as Soon as he was better.
When he got here I explained again the issue,he asked for some time to assess the system ,within 15 minutes he had diagnosed the problem ,then went to get a part and had me fixed up the same day......6 years !!!!!!!!! Wish I heard about this company sooner.
All around excellent customer service, extremely knowledgeable, and reliable.
