Have been using their services for over 20 years various Oakville locations...Always professional and friendly and take pride in doing a quality job. The staff is very experienced and employed there for years so they get to know you and what you like. The owners have great relationships with customers and staff and it shows. Fantastic experience at Vp Spa & Nails. I had VIP treatment while getting my pedicure done. The staff were extremely friendly and great conversationalists. My feet look and feel fantastic. Will definitely visit again! Thanks Vp Spa & Nails!

This used to be my place to get my mani pedi, but I've recently taken my business elsewhere. I found they rushed through the appointments, especially pedicures, and didn't feel like I was getting my money's worth. I've experienced a 20 min pedicure there, for perspective. They're usually around 45 mins on the low end. The staff are nice, with the exception of one individual I won't identify. This individual can be quite short and grumpy, and they looked like they really didn't want to be there, and that vibe isn't what a customer wanting to relax is looking for.
