Wonderfully competent and friendly barbers able to respond to all hair-cutting needs, young and old. I have been going to Victor’s for at least 10-years, and have never walked out disappointed with my cut. Maybe my shoes disappointed me, or my choice of sweatshirt, but never the haircut.
