Technician came to clean cushions on an outdoor sofa. Insisted that they could not be cleaned on the covered porch, also claimed that they could not be cleaned on the lower level as the machine was too heavy to bring downstairs. Sprayed cushions on main floor hallway hardwood, taking no precautions to tarp floor so as not to wet it. Lightly wiped up floor using a rag and his foot. Whatever product was used left a film on the floor. I then spent 2 hours trying to mop residue up; it was very difficult as it kept foaming up once mop was passed on it with water. Very professional, no hidden fees ,tech wears shoe coverings. After almost 3 hrs for a sectional sofa asked if any places he missed , obviously wifey found something don't theyalways.
