I booked an appointment for a cut and colour with Abla today and at the last minute I requested a change to highlights with a specific direction. Abla delivered exactly what I’d hoped for. She is so experienced and talented, and Total Beauty Essentials is a great salon with a wonderful friendly atmosphere, run by very friendly and professional people.
I had never had my hair professionally lightened or dyed before, and it’s safe to say that Jolanda set my golden standard (quite literally, she gave me highlights lol) on what quality service is. Easy to talk to, asks for feedback consistently thought out the process to make sure that she and her clients are on the same page - safe to say I am truly impressed! She also explained what works best for my hair: such as fringe shape and length, products I could use to maintain the highlights and tips on how to style it like she did.
