Went to buy a Christmas tree from HD at Cross Avenue in Oakville on Sunday Nov 26th. We found the perfect tree thanks to Sandra. From the outset, Sandra was very helpful and patient answering our questions and cutting strings which bound the trees so we could see their shape before purchasing. She made our tree buying experience absolutely pleasant and easy. Her willingness to listen and show genuine interest in our needs and the joy she took in her job made it an exceptional experience. Helpful staff that came and ask if I needed help.Means a lot these days. Other stores employees don’t care. In fact they will look the other way when you struggling in aisles to find thingsKeep up the nice work guys

Honestly I received the best service ever from a lady who works in the snow blower department, ended up spending $900 happily there, the lady name was "Pauline". She deserves 5 stars, she was helpful, knowledgeable and very nice person.
