Super impressed with the service at Home Depot on Cross St., Oakville! I was there a few times this week and the greeter was friendly and helpful, as were associates in the store - they even asked me if I needed help - before I asked. Thx for a great experience! :)
The Home Depot is a general hardware store, we all know this. We go in typically knowing what we want and rely on helpful sales associates to help us out. I must say I was greeted by a lovely, warm and friendly customer service rep named Cameron who really brought a wonderful and warm nature to my experience. He was the best customer service rep I have met in a long time. I just wanted to leave this review as you aren’t met with such gleaming customer service very often. He was very helpful, assisted me at checkout and left a great mark on my day. Thanks for employing him Home Depot and bring the service back to your store by hiring more people like Cameron.
