The Shoemedic team at Oakville Place is truly amazing! They set the bar high when it comes to customer service. I work at a customer service oriented place myself and these guys are incredible. They repaired my Fendi purse and Gucci belt before and ive been going back to them since then. I would not trust my stuff with any other place but theirs.

Manager didn’t charge for the job done on my belt, he refused payment because it was a small job. Where does one get any breaks from such honest & caring business. Thank you.

The folks at shoe medic did an outstanding job cleaning up scuffs & marks on my wife’s satin shoes prior to our wedding. They were able to accommodate our short timeline and did an outstanding job!
