Honestly one of the worst repair experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Although Bill the appraiser did a thorough job in identifying what needed to be fixed, everything went downhill from there. ServiceMaster simply does not know how to communicate with its clients. To start, ServiceMaster did not reach out to tell me the next steps, and I found out after a month of delay that they were waiting for me to put down a deposit in order to schedule a repair date. For the repair itself, the quality of workmanship was mediocre, as seen in the pictures. They came quickly to our rescue. Clean neat and tidy. Hardworking crew that helped us out when we were overwhelmed by the damage. Went out of their way to accommodate our needs. If there were more stars ... I would recommend them even more !!!!Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair
Very professional and done a good job not only in terms of work, but also cleaning up after work.Schedule and appointment times were met. Very courteous team members. Overall a very pleasant experience.
