Irecently visited Sephora on Black Friday at Oakville Place Mall, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Hora. Despite the busy crowd, she remained incredibly calm, friendly, and professional. Her warm behaviour instantly made us feel welcomed. She took her time to understand what we were looking for and guided us toward the best products with genuine care and great product knowledge.

So I am a week late in writing this but I need to make a shout out to Lexi for going above and beyond for a client. I called her with a last minute make-up emergency and although she was busy and not even doing make-up that day, she accommodated my request for my daughter. Not only did she do an incredible job on a very busy Saturday, but I would definitely use her for future events since she is extremely skilled at her craft.
