This is my story. Got my hair cut and hi-lighted at a different salon, they screwed it up, couldn’t trust them enough to try and fix it. I walked into Sam’s Salon, without an appointment, and he took one look at me and knew that I desperately needed help with my colour. He had other appointments but made time to make me feel happy about my hair once again. He knew right away what to do. He made me feel welcome and comfortable. What a stylist!!! And a very nice gentleman. This is how every business should treat their clients...... making them feel comfortable and not judging. Thank you Sam.
