I can't say enough wonderful things about Jeanine and Rose, and the way they operate Ruff. My pup was looking for a patient, gentle and reassuring grooming home, and has now found it. The attention to detail from these talented groomers is fabulous, but it's how happy and relaxed she is when I pick her up that tells me the care she has received has been top notch. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dog grooming.
We are very very satisfied with Ruff the Dog Barbershop and highly recommend it. The staff are professional, patient, and genuinely care about the dogs they work with. Our dog is very sensitive and was treated with true kindness and came home looking great and clearly comfortable. They know how to handle special shampoos for allergic dogs and generally are real grooming experts. The grooming was done thoroughly and with attention to detail, and the overall experience was smooth and stress-free. We will definitely be returning and recommending Ruff the Dog Barbershop to other pet owners.
I’m so thankful to my friend for recommending Ruff! Jasper is an energetic puppy bernadoodle and Jeanine is so patient with him and makes him so handsome! He has been twice and he loves to go - no anxiety! He relishes being the centre of attention and I appreciate knowing he is being so well cared for in addition to getting a detailed and meticulous groom. Jeanine and Rose are wonderful to deal with and so happy Jasper is part of the Ruff family.
