The Reproductive Care Center (RCC Fertility) is a clinic based in Oakville offering specialized fertility and reproductive health services. Services include egg donation, intrauterine insemination, sperm donation, egg freezing, counselling, and naturopathic medicine. The team of infertility specialists provides personalized care with sensitivity and compassion. The staff is super efficient, friendly, kind, and patient. The environment is clean and pleasant. Appointments are always on time, with a convenient location and ample parking. Nurses are incredibly kind and efficient, and results are communicated promptly the same day. The experience is consistently supportive.
Super efficient staff. Clean and pleasant environment. Convenient location with ample parking. Got a call with results a few minutes after leaving the clinic. In and out in less than an hour.
I came in to get blood work done twice and both times the nurses were incredibly kind and efficient. There was a scheduling error for my first appointment, but they completed my tests immediately anyways. I arrived almost 30 minutes early for my second appointment and again they didn’t make me wait, but rather completed the bloodwork right away. Both times they called to talk through my results before 4 PM that same day. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
I really appreciate their service. Great experience with the tech, receptionist when I walked in and the fact that they were prompt with my appt time. The only thing is that I had a bit of a hard time booking when I called as I was put on hold for a long time twice. But, then again she was apologetic about that.
But other than that, I'm very pleased and would choose to come here again instead of Oakville Trafalgar Hospital or Credit Valley.
