We had a leak in our family room in the dead of winter. As soon as the weather warmed up, RCC came to fix our leak. The crew had to dig the frozen dirt by hand, in order to waterproof our house. We had RCC come out and do some waterproofing for us as we were getting water entering our laundry room with heavy rains. From the initial quoting process to the end of the actual waterproofing work, Den and Roy’s crew were on time, took necessary steps to protect the backyard during excavation and backfill and left the backyard as clean as it was prior to any work being done, as well as stayed right on budget.
