I had a very pleasant experience at this location. The cashier (don’t know her name but she has red hair) was polite in her dealings and helped me out with finding the items that I was looking for.

I have been coming to this location for about four years.And everybody is super helpful as soon as you walk in.There's always a greeter.There's always stalk. Lots of cute things to choose for dogs, anywhere from leashes and collars.And bandanas and the clothes are cute too, but you have to grab them fast because they sell out super quick.

Dog Trainer Bill is why I’m writing this review. I stumbled into this training class because I had a coupon and I wanted to socialize my new puppy. Bill knows his stuff. He focuses on positive reinforcement. And fear free training. We even had reactive dogs in class and he was seamless in integrating them in a way that allowed them to participate. He's very knowledgeable about all sorts of breed specific problems as well. He gave me great insight as this is the first time I’ve raised a border collie.
