We all know mechanics have a bad rap for nickel and dimming you but this mechanic really cares about you and your car as if it were their car. The service was very good and they all were very knowledgeable. I got all 4 of my springs replaced. They gladly replaced my golf springs with Tiguan springs after I asked. They never gave me a hard time with my request and the service was relatively fast. I thought replaces all 4 springs would take more than a couple days but they just needed it for the day and it was ready to go in the evening. I definitely would recommend this place to any of my friends if they have some serious repairs to do and anyone if they need anything… read full review
Over all,very happy with service. Charge for back-up camera diagnosis without 100% confirmed results seemed high. I explained that I had done a preliminary check of fuse and wiring myself so hard for me to justify a $170 charge. Maybe an explanation would ease my mind.
Dale and the team at MechaniQ have kept my beloved 2009 Honda Civic on the road for many years. It is nearing the end of its lifespan and I have very much appreciated the honest and balanced input to help me decide at what point to 'pull the plug'. No pressure - just good advice. Repairs are needed and again help in deciding what to do now and what can wait until when to deal with the costs and again weigh 'that' decision.
