The customer was disappointed with the final result and regretted the cost of the service. However, Nails Nation made it right by fixing the issue free of charge the next day. Overall, Nails Nation offers a welcoming and relaxing environment with skilled technicians, but there is room for improvement in the consistency of services.
Walked in, got pedicure and manicure with shellac nail polish. Julie did my nails and she was very good, she took her time to clean my hands and feet and applied the nail polish very carefully.
I have been going here for over 10 years for manicure and pedicure and every month I visit the salon, it’s like coming home. Very welcoming and relaxing. The quality of services has been incredibly consistent and prices remain reasonable. Everyone is very friendly , professional and skilled. I get beautiful bio gel nails and my pedicure is impeccable.Big THANK YOU to Kelly, Lily, Kim and to the entire team. Well done :) See you next month !
I am so excited to have found this gem of a place! From the moment I called and was able to get an appointment same day to when I walked in and was able to start my appointment right on time despite it being very busy I've been impressed. The nail tech who helped me out was the gentleman (I forgot to ask for his name but he was awesome) I went in with my nails all cracking and peeling from a really bad experience at my previous nail salon and he took the time to fix it all up and put a new set on and did a beautiful job with the application and shaping and absolutely killed the nail design I asked for.
