Lourid was extremely reliable and informative. He took the time to explain the cause of the roof damage, i.e. not only the high winds, but also the dust that affects the adhesiveness of the roof tile. He showed us the damaged tiles. He took before and after photos of the roof to show the extent of the roof damage and the repair. I am extremely happy with his workmanship and professionalism. Marcus
