Absolutely terrible experience with Life and Legacy AdvisoryGroup. As the executor of my late mother's estate, I expected some level of cooperation and empathy. However, their customer service was beyond appalling. Despite providing all necessary documentation that they requested, they continuously refused to disclose information about my mother's accounts, leaving me frustrated and stranded in a bureaucratic nightmare.Their lack of transparency and compassion during such a sensitive time is simply unforgivable. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy unnecessary stress and headaches, especially for your loved ones after you're gone.
