Shanette provides 5/5 service! She is very knowledgeable, makes sure you are comfortable through every step, her spa was immaculate. Definitely coming back for the waxing services (and maybe other services too!)

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this spa! Not only is Shanette a lovely person, but her services are done so carefully. The spa is organized and clean. She makes sure you are comfortable and did such an amazing job with my waxing. I am so impressed and I will definitely be coming back!

I was looking to book a facial and looked up spas in Oakville. I came across L'Exquisite Day Spa and saw that Shanette had great reviews so I decided to book with her.Shanette was very warm and welcoming, and the spa is very clean. During the facial, Shanette explained each step and made sure to check how my skin was feeling along the way. It was a relaxing experience (even the extractions were minimal in pain) and I left with amazing looking skin!Thank you, Shanette, for the wonderful treatment. I highly recommend L'Exquisite Day Spa, and I will definitely be back!
