We have been very very satisfied customers since Leisure Industries opened as a small store front. Even though we live in N Milton, 50 min away, Leisure Industies, owned by Jill and Pat, is the only pool shop we deal with. They have consistently provided exceptional service and advice.They have all our information on file so everything was arranged seamlessly when we had our pool liner replaced last week . Joanna did an amazing job at helping to balance our pool water since we have well water. We would give them 6/5 if we could. Jill and Pat stand behind their products and service.
The service from Pat and Jill was exceptional to say the least... We live out of town...and we needed the pool measured for the Winter cover...Jill and Pat came over personally on a Saturday to take care of the measurements...Andre and Zack did the installs and helped me shut down the pool to make sure that I knew what I was doing going forward... So far so good right...well nothing like having an issue and Jill stepped up and took care of things very quickly ... we had a capacitor go bad and since I am a bit of a DYI fellow ... the new unit was dispatched out to me within 24 hours... since I was doing the install Dave the Tech from Nirvana called me directly to make sure that I was comfortable on doing it...He was great as well and he has a sense of Humor... Shout out to Nirvana and to Jill and Pat ... Hopefully I wont need a new pool ... but If I do it will be a bigger one... And I would definitely recommend them ...and their team!
