I have shopped at both locations (Burlington and Oakville) and they go the extra mile to satisfy customers. The assessments are very comprehensive and, most important, they take the time to listen to the customers and address their needs. I have only purchased standard products so far (ordered custom orthotics in my last visit, but I have not received it yet) and they are of excellent quality.
I went to the clinic for my bruised nail, expecting they will have to remove it, but Katelyn solved my problem with first/initial visit...so efficient, kind, professional, by the time I left I forgot on all pain I was feeling for months..highly recommend as clinic (front desk ware so kind and professional) but also Katelyn...do not wait if you have pain, go to Kenetic Konnection and get rid of any pain and uncomfortable feelings..thank you
