I had an awesome experience at this location. I first Emailed them for an inquiry and was directed to staff from both locations. I went in person to the Oakville location and was so happy with my visit. Katelyn Was ever so helpful and spent almost an hour helping me try on various products to see which one fitted my need the most. Her kindness and genuineness, especially toward a stranger she was meeting for the first time, and who was not a customer yet, left a lasting impression on me. I did not buy anything from the store at that point, but hope to return soon based off my first impression. Great job Katelyn!!
Staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I stepped inside the store. The agent that helped me with properly sizing an ankle brace for me was very knowledgeable and provided advice on how to care for the brace. It was a very pleasant experience!
