This company was amazing. We called them with an emergency on a Saturday morning and they were at our location within an hour. Such fast, efficient, and friendly service from both the tech and Claude. Will be using you guys for future services. I didn't catch the techs name that was here but he was awesome. We are very confidently say that Keen Service always replies us even it’s after working hours. Their technician are smart and they do their best now if the equipment has any manufacturing issue then of course they are limited to apply their expertise. Overall we are happy with Keen Services.
Very honest, fair priced. I needed my Garland commercial oven serviced and their technician actually knew what they were doing confidently. I am very glad to have found them and will use them for the future.
