I had an issue with my Kia Sedona van sliding doors. Both sides had identical failures. Kia was absolutely awful to deal with. I was told of JNB by a family friend and I called in. They asked to see the vehicle within 2 days and fixed the issues in just a few hours at the price discussed. I’m extremely pleased by the straightforward information given and service provided.
I bring my vehicle here and my father in-law and mom bring their vehicle here... Excellent service. They try really hard to please. Always quality workmanship. I have not had any problems despite going here for years. Thanks guys!
Just had my first experience with J and B auto and I was very impressed. From the initial call for a quote right until I left the service was incredible. Simone at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming and made me feel appreciated. Steve was honest about what work might need to be done and was able to fix an issue that would have costed me more. I am very happy and will be returning for future work. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is considering it
