    My Monday evening classes with Farah have become the highlight of my week. She’s an incredible instructor who motivates, challenges, and pushes me in the best way. I always leave feeling stronger, and the classes are truly worth it. I couldn’t recommend her more!

    I've been coming consistently to Sheila's Saturday and Sunday classes for about 4 months. Her classes are so fun and challenging but what drove me to share this review is how her classes have improved my health. I have asthma and couldn't get through a class without using my puffer several times. Now, I no longer even bring my puffer to class because my health has improved so much, I can breathe and my health has never been better.

    Literally the best and hardest Pilates I’ve ever done. Every instructor is amazing but Shila is AMAZING. Every instructor knows their stuff so well, you can tell they know Pilates, anatomy and fitness VERY well. Amazing mix of strength training and Pilates. Can’t see myself going anywhere else for Pilates after trying this place, highly recommend!!!
