My daughter and I got a lovely haircut with Neelo. She is incredibly professional and patient, explaining which hairstyles would flatter our face shapes, saving us from the cuts we were suggesting that wouldn’t have worked! 😆 Definitely someone who knows what they are doing. We left feeling so happy with the results.
One note for Neelo: we realized afterward that in our rush we accidentally tipped a lot less than what we intended :( So sorry about the mix-up - you truly deserve every bit of recognition and we will make it right when we come to get our hair cut by you in a couple months 🥰
