I had an impromptu visit to Fortelli Salon, without an appointment, and was instantly welcomed by Daniela. Her accommodating and friendly attitude was a breath of fresh air, and she was ready to provide me a haircut right away, which was wonderfully surprising. Daniela quickly grasped the haircut I desired from just a brief explanation, demonstrating her true professionalism. I left the salon feeling as happy as a clam. I'm deeply thankful to Daniela and will definitely return.

I scheduled an appointment with Danielle online for the same day, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Having not had a haircut in over a year, I was a bit uncertain, but I showed Danielle a few haircut ideas I had in mind. Considering my thin hair and preference for a low-maintenance style, I appreciated her expertise in recommending the perfect haircut for me. Booking with her is an absolute pleasure due to her personable nature. Highly recommend :)

First time visiting this salon. Called for a a last minute blow out and had the pleasure of having Daniela do my hair today. She was fabulous. Took the extra care with my delicate hair and extensions that are on their last legs. Salon was clean and welcoming vibes.
