Haven Pilates Studio is wonderful. The instructors are knowledgeable, kind, and attentive, and the classes are both challenging and grounding. I always leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected to my body. The welcoming, inclusive vibe makes it a place I actually look forward to. Highly recommend. Five stars!

I love this studio! It feels very personal and private thanks to the smaller class sizes and fewer reformers. The instructors genuinely care about your health and well-being. They offer modifications when needed but also push you to do your best with great guidance and encouragement.
The owner is so kind and approachable. She really listens to feedback and is always improving the studio in thoughtful ways. You can tell she truly cares. It’s such a welcoming space and I always leave feeling better than when I came in. ?✨
